Partners must bring credibility at the C-suite level, a strong track record of delivering transformation, and the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders. We also look to our Partners to lead thought leadership, develop offerings, and build industry presence through conferences, publications, and networks.

Role description

• As a Partner, you will define the AI strategy and transformation journey for major clients, leading multi-year programs and guiding their most critical investment decisions. You will drive business development, foster alliances with technology and data partners, and ensure that Eigen Advisory remains a leader in responsible AI strategy. This role is central to the firm’s growth—Partners represent Eigen Advisory in the market, expand our impact, and shape the future of the practice.

Role Description

• As a Principal at Eigen Advisory, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, guiding them through critical decisions on AI strategy, readiness, and transformation. You will lead engagements end-to-end—from discovery and diagnosis to roadmap design—ensuring our work delivers both strategic clarity and measurable business impact. Principals are accountable for cultivating long-term relationships, shaping engagements, and ensuring delivery excellence across industries.

• We expect our Principals to bring intellectual curiosity, boardroom presence, and deep experience in strategy and transformation. You should be able to synthesize complex data and organizational challenges into clear insights for executive decision-making, while also mentoring and developing our consulting teams. As a leader, you will expand Eigen Advisory’s client base, contribute to our thought leadership, and role-model our values of integrity, practicality, and outcomes.

MDs must be comfortable engaging with regulators, auditors, and CXOs, and must translate complex data issues into clear business implications. We also expect MDs to build practice offerings, mentor senior consultants, and contribute to firm-wide innovation in responsible AI.
